AI-Powered Quality Engineer (m|f|d) Software Testing

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team of product owners software developers verification specialists and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software for device integration and cell factory applications
• Drive the adoption implementation and scaling of AI-powered tools and workflows across our software verification lifecycle
• Leverage generative AI to enhance test design test automation defect analysis documentation and verification efficiency
• Coordinate verification activities design and maintain automated test suites and ensure software quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work closely with developers to resolve findings and accelerate issue resolution using AI-assisted and data-driven approaches

Qualifications :

• Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Biotechnology Biomedical Engineering Quality Management or similar
• AI-first-mindset whether through intelligent automation agent-based systems prompt engineering or generative AI applications and motivation to transfer this experience into AI-driven software verification and quality engineering
• Experience in Software Verification or Software Testing
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
• The motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI
• Fluent English skills a passion for innovation and the motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI
