AI & Automation Specialist (mwd)

As an AI & Automation Specialist (m/f/d) you will work hands-on on the development of AI-driven automations: from process analysis and AI design through to technical implementation. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze document and optimize end-to-end finance processes
• You identify evaluate and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business and tech teams
• You design develop and iteratively improve AI agent workflows prototypes and MVPs
• You implement technical solutions including API integrations data integration and orchestration of tools and contexts
• You build dashboards track KPIs and document learnings and best practices
• You work closely with senior experts internal teams and external partners while continuously developing your knowledge in AI RPA and automation technologies

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: You hold a degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration with a tech focus or a comparable field
• Experience: You bring 2 years of experience in process optimization automation or AI/ML
• Technical Skills: You have a solid understanding of APIs data structures and programming logic as well as hands-on experience with Python SQL or similar languages
• Hands-on Mindset: You like to experiment build prototypes and learn through practical implementation
• AI Tools: You have experience with LLMs prompt engineering AI tools or RPA/low-code/no-code platforms
• Communication & Analytics: You think analytically work in a structured way communicate confidently with various stakeholders and are fluent in English German is a plus
