About BYD Automotive GmbH
Follow the defective product returns from customers factory.
Monitor the resources of rework(labor and warehouse and ect) and proceed the payment validation.
Fill the complaints from customer to OSP system.
Feedback the complaints of customer to battery factory internally.
Provide the technical support for the representative of factory of customer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Perfected experience in a customer service or after-sales service role before.
English or Germany with work level.
Basic knowledge of power battery
Office Software
