AFRICOM-Identity and Signature Management SME
Job Summary
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly qualified Identity and Signature Management SME to join our team supporting AFRICOMs Sensitive Activities Services under the AOPTS 2 Task Order. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mitigating risks to force mission and capabilities through the discovery analysis assessment and management of identity elements characteristics signatures and other attributes of individuals organizations or assets. Information will be obtained from public and non-public records databases social media and other unstructured data sources.
Responsibilities:
-Develop review process and coordinate Command and DoD ISM plans annexes amendments policies guidance and SOPs.
-Maintain knowledge of established ISM plans and amendments to ensure compliance with current and future operations and DoD policy.
-Respond to requests manage and deactivate ISM capabilities and services as required.
-Prepare and deliver ISM training to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational readiness.
-Perform organizational individual and operational due diligence in support of ISM plans and capabilities to enhance situational awareness and risk management.
-Evaluate the sustainability of command ISM tactics techniques and procedures (TTPs).
-Develop responses to ISM support requirements and assigned tasks.
-Collaborate and coordinate ISM support and capabilities with internal and external DoD components.
-Support contingencies and exercises as required.
-Other duties as necessary to support ISM activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
-Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 10 years of relevant experience or 15 years of relevant experience.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in military operations defense technology or related fields.
-Must meet all training requirements established by AFRICOM.
-Expertise in identity and signature management sensitive activities and special information operations.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Experience in exercise development and wargaming.
-Familiarity with USAFRICOM operations and Joint Force structure
-TS/SCI Security Clearance
Desired:
-Masters degree in a relevant field.
-Experience working with AFRICOM or other Combatant Commands.
-Background in sensitive activities SAP ACCM STO and SIO initiatives.
-Knowledge of DoD regulations and formalized processes for sensitive activities.
-Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.

Pay Range:
