Are you passionate about performance marketing data-driven advertising and creating campaigns that deliver real impact We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role you will take ownership of Campaign Development & Optimization Performance Analysis & Reporting and Collaborative Marketing Strategy.
As an Advertising Specialist you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You ll work with a small but powerful teamand collaborate closely with other teams like marketing and digitalisation:

As an Advertising Specialist you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You ll work with a small but powerful teamand collaborate closely with other teams like marketing and digitalisation:
- Design manage and optimize a range of SEA campaigns for international projects.
- Track and report on campaign metrics to management offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality and campaign impact.
- Suggest and implement improvements for ad creatives producing optimized and engaging ad copy for diverse audiences.
- Plan create and manage SEA campaigns on major platforms including Google Ads Google Shopping and Meta.
Your profile
- Proven track record as anSEA Specialist with experiencein designing launching and optimizing successful advertising campaigns.
- Proficient intools such as Google Ads Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with additional marketing software is a plus.
- Fluent in English(written and spoken); additional language skills particulary German are a big advantage.
- Minimum5 years experience running Ad campaigns and experience with AI lead generation tools is a bonus.
- Strong grasp of broader marketing strategies with the ability to bring a creative strategic approach to digital ads and campaigns.
- Results- oriented analytical detail- focused.
