For our office in Darmstadt Germany we are seeking for a Advanced Proposal Manager to support our Sales endeavors across the Business Unit.

YouwillhavethechancetoworkwithprestigiousprojectssupportourServicesandhaveauniqueopportunitytogainexperienceinnumerousfieldswithinthespaceandtechnologydomainallinacosmopolitaninternationalworkingenvironment.

Tasks:

• Servesasacentralpointofcontactonassignedproposalsandleadsamulti-disciplineorcross-functionalteam
• ManagesinvolvementofdedicatedspecialistsfortechnicalwritingassignmentsensuringthatsubmissionsareaccuratealignedwiththeoutlineandRFP/ITTinstructionsandaddresswinthemesandstrategies
• EnsurescompliancewithTermabiddingprocesses;
  • CoordinatesdocumentationoftheBids:TechnicalProposal
  • Financialproposal
  • ManagementProposal
  • Anyadditionaldocumentationthatneedstobegathered
• Coordinateskick-offsapprovalandlegalchecks
• Responsibletocomplytointernalbidprocesses
• Initialqualitycheckondocumentation
• CompilesBusinessCasebasedonestimations
• HelpstomaintainproposalprocessestemplatesstandardsandbestpracticeswithintheProposalKnowledgeCenterprovidingsuggestionsandimprovementsasneeded
• Keepsmanagementinformedofprogressand/orissuesandprovidesinputsformonthlyandquarterlyreporting
• Writescontentforcoverlettersexecutivesummariesandothermaterialstocustomizeforthecustomer
• Developsandmaintainsproposalcontentlibrary

Thisisafull-time&hybridpositiontobelocatedatourTermaOfficeinDarmstadtplannedstartdateassoonaspossible.

Thevarietyofthetasksandthescopeofthesystemstobesupportedrequireahighdegreeofautonomyandgoodanalyticalskillstogetherwiththeabilitytoeffectivelycooperatewithinaninternationalteam.
