JOBOPENING

• Title: ACS Front Desk Services
• Location: Ansbach Germany
• Start Date: Immediately
• Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call(PTOC)Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performs ACS Reception Desk tasks to include assisting and referring customers scheduling appointments and class registrations and maintaining active and historical customer records
• Maintain and update community resource databases and coordinate with ACS staff and community agencies to ensure accuracy
• Maintain client tracking databases document customer interactions and produce monthly statistical reports and activity summaries
• Prepare official correspondence and administrative documents maintain both internal and community calendars and inter-office schedules
• Maintain resource libraries bulletin boards and informational displays
• Promote the use of the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system collect and track customer feedback data compile monthly service statistical reports and support quality assurance initiatives

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Word and Adobe
• 1 year of experience with front-facing customer service duties
• Must have a flexible schedule to cover shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
