ACS Front Desk Services and Lending Closet

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly professional manner
• Answer questions and provide timely referrals to ACS staff and other community resources
• Register customers for ACS classes/events and confirm attendance

• Become an expert on ACS and DFMWR services
• Maintain and share up-to-date community and local service information
• Provide intake and processing support for incoming and outgoing Soldiers and Families
• Conduct customer follow-up and provide additional referrals as needed

• Input customer data and statistics into the ACS Staff Application daily
• Maintain organized records files and digital systems
• Add edit and manage ACS classes/events within ACS Staff
• Ensure current flyers and information are displayed throughout ACS and Welcome Center

• Prepare issue receive and properly store items per Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) guidelines
• Safely lift and transport items up to 60lbs
• Keep inventory clean organized and accessible

• 1 year experience supporting Military Families with community services or referrals
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs for Lending Closet responsibilities
• Strong English language proficiency (Level 3 or higher) with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats; skilled in engaging with diverse individuals and conveying information in a courteous approachable and professional manner
• Technically skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
• Able to pass a background check
