Accreditation & Internal Processes Manager

Were looking for an experienced Accreditation & Internal Processes Manager to own our accreditation compliance and internal quality management system. If you know ISO 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 27006-1 inside out and thrive in a lean expert team where your work has real impact wed love to hear from you.

Tasks

• Maintain and develop Proks Certifications accreditation status; serve as primary liaison with DAkkS
• Implement monitor and continuously improve internal processes in line with ISO 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 27006-1
• Plan and conduct internal audits; manage findings nonconformities and corrective actions through to closure
• Maintain the document control system procedures work instructions forms and records
• Coordinate management reviews and prepare all required documentation and KPI reporting
• Manage auditor competence records witness audit scheduling and impartiality committee operations
• Handle appeals and complaints processes in accordance with accreditation requirements
• Monitor standard revisions and regulatory changes; update processes accordingly
• Actively use AI tools (Claude ChatGPT Copilot etc.) to improve documentation reporting and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 23 years of hands-on experience in accreditation processes ideally within a management system certification body or accreditation authority
• Solid working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 27006-1
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS) from an auditing or implementation perspective
• Experience with DAkkS accreditation processes is a strong plus
• Proficiency with AI tools integrated naturally into daily workDegree in engineering IT business administration or a related field
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured detail-oriented and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
