Accounting Officer (m/f/d)
(Fulltime; 38.5 hours/week)
Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring proper and timely processing of day-to-day business with a particular focus on timely processing of incoming invoices archiving and document entry in the areas of accounts receivable accounts payable and general ledger accounting
Creation account assignment and checking of outgoing invoices
Processing dunning procedures
Processing travel expense reports
Carrying out control and reconciliation activities and independently resolving discrepancies and errors
Creating and updating process documentation
Your Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a tax clerk or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
DATEV knowledge desirable
Good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Independent and goal-oriented way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
