At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel as a Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d) you are a key member of our management team and actively contribute to ensuring and enhancing the financial performance of our hotel.

Your role Responsibility oversight & impact
  • In collaboration with our Director of Finance you take responsibility for all accounting and financial processes within the hotel
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Analyze financial KPIs identify trends and support management in making informed decisions
  • Co-responsible for budgeting forecasting and regular financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements internal guidelines and Marriott standards
  • Coordinate payment processes and liquidity planning while ensuring efficient cash management
  • Continuously optimize accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Act as a key interface with internal departments and external partners (e.g. tax advisors auditors)
  • Support and manage audits ensuring smooth execution
  • Support and develop your team in daily operations
Be able.
  • Completed commercial training (Accounting Finance Hospitality or similar)
  • Several years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong affinity for numbers and a structured detail-oriented working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
  • Good command of German and English
  • Team spirit reliability and a strong willingness to further develop professionally
