Accountant Finance Executive Assistant (remote or Stuttgart or Berlin)

We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our financial this position you will work closely with our financial executives providing them with the support they need to drive our companys success.

• Receivables management
• Notification of reportable foreign payments
• Dunning process
• Account clarification/reconciliation
• Contact person for customers/ debtors (regarding payment modalities)
• Processing of travel expenses
• Assistance in Financial Planning processes
• General back office tasks

• Experience in customer receivables management
• Experience in travel expense management
• Experience with reportable foreign payments
• Understanding of general accounting
• Experience in financial planning
• Commercial training ideally education in financial accounting
• Fluent in English ideally German speaker
• Reliability excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and independently
