Job Summary

Your Mission

We are looking for anAccount Executive (m/f/d) who will actively help further establish MakerVerse as a leading company in the on-demand manufacturing sector in Germany.

In this role you will connect companies with our AI-powered platform which enables solutions such as additive manufacturing CNC machining and injection molding. You will work closely with our Customer Acquisition Managers (CAMs) take on qualified leads and guide them from the initial specific request through to successful contract closure building sustainable trusting customer relationships along the way.

This position is aimed at sales-oriented personalities who enjoy tapping into new business opportunities building lasting customer relationships and actively driving revenue and making a real impact in a dynamic environment.

This role is fully remote - you can work from anywhere in Germany. Once a month during the third week (Tuesday to Thursday) we come together at our Berlin office for team collaboration meetings a shared breakfast and team activities. Its a great opportunity to connect in person exchange ideas and strengthen our team culture.

Your Impact

  • Sales Responsibility:You will take on qualified sales opportunities and guide customers from their initial requirements through to a confirmed order.
  • Solution-Oriented Consulting: You will develop and present customized technically oriented proposals tailored to the needs of our customers across various manufacturing technologies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Customer Development: You will identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and generate follow-up orders.
  • Sales Collaboration:You will work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers (CAMs) to successfully convert pipeline opportunities into revenue.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of customer projects resolve challenges and identify new business opportunities.

Your DNA

  • Closing skills: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Consultative mindset: You enjoy understanding your clients challenges and developing tailored solutions rather than focusing solely on high outreach volumes.
  • Communication skills: You excel with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience: You are proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar tools to manage pipelines and create forecasts.
  • Team player with ownership: You enjoy collaborating across functions with other teams while taking ownership of your deals.
  • Technical Interest:Curiosity or interest in manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining additive manufacturing or injection molding is a major advantage.
  • Languages:Fluent German and English is required as a significant part of our customer base is DACH-based. French or any additional language skills are a plus.
