Academy Expert – Global Talent Development (all genders) 18 months opportunity

• Drive the design and delivery of international talent and leadership development programmes.
• Create engaging learning journeys workshops and development experiences.
• Partner with HR business leaders and external experts to drive programme success.
• Coordinate participant nominations international cohorts and programme communications.
• Continuously improve programmes based on feedback learning outcomes and business needs.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Learning & Development Talent Development HR Consulting or Project Management.
• Passion for creating impactful learning experiences and developing people.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• A proactive hands-on mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
