German-Speaking B2B Sales Trainer

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit a German-speaking B2B Sales Trainer for its team in Tbilisi Georgia. This is an office-based role for an experienced sales professional who enjoys developing others. Youll train and coach sales teams turn performance data into practical sales strategies and help employees strengthen their skills and achieve ambitious commercial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onboarding and client-specific sales training for new employees
• Provide individual and team coaching to improve sales performance
• Organize refresher sessions and ongoing development activities
• Analyze sales results and performance trends to identify coaching opportunities
• Develop practical sales strategies best practices and motivational initiatives
• Monitor training quality and measure its impact on performance
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve sales processes
• Support teams in achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• German C1 English B2
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Previous experience providing sales coaching or training
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and performance improvement
• Confident presenting and explaining strategies to different audiences
• Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to turn performance insights into action
• Comfortable working with different systems platforms and sales tools
• Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi Georgia
