Job Summary

Kolomoni Microfinance Institution (Gambia) is a CBG-licensed microfinance institution serving customers across The Gambia. We are recruiting Business Relationship Supervisors to lead field execution in our Merchant Business & Digital Payments function.

THE ROLE
You will run a territory leading a team of Business Relationship Officers and Direct Sales Agents turning location targets into daily plans and holding the team to both the number and the quality of what it writes. You will be in the field most of the week not at a desk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Translate location targets into daily weekly and monthly officer plans and assign routes segments and campaigns.
  • Coach officers and agents through field accompaniment call reviews and performance feedback.
  • Monitor pipeline conversion funding activation and documentation quality across the territory.
  • Validate field reports before submission and reconcile them against the Banks records.
  • Investigate unusual duplicate low-quality or potentially fraudulent acquisition and escalate what you find.
  • Enforce KYC and KYB standards customer protection data security attendance and conduct.
  • Run daily huddles and submit accurate territory performance and issue reports.


Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Three to five years in field sales banking mobile money merchant acquisition or distribution including at least one year supervising or coaching sales staff.
  • A record of delivering acquisition and activation targets through a team not individually.
  • Practical knowledge of territory management customer and business onboarding and KYC/KYB basics.
  • A bachelors degree HND or equivalent professional qualification in business marketing banking finance or a related field.
  • Local-market awareness and local-language communication.
