Senior Portfolio Strategy Manager
Job Summary
The Portfolio Strategy Senior Manager / Manager is responsible for driving awareness excitement and revenue readiness for upcoming titles/events through a combination of strategic planning and high-impact presentation.
The role orchestrates early and mid-stage commercial planning across the portfolio while ensuring that Ubisofts distribution partners are informed aligned and equipped to plan and execute effectively against each titles value opportunity and path to market enabling confident account-level planning and revenue execution.
This role ensures cross-functional alignment from the earliest stages of information sharing through to the finalization of the commercial offer including regular updates throughout each products lifecycle.
In addition the Portfolio Strategy Manager leads the development and continuous improvement of Sales enablement processes tools and forums at scale and regularly interacts with key distribution partners including first-party representatives to reinforce commercial narratives and support effective partner engagement.
The ideal candidate brings an authentic passion for gaming with a deep understanding of Ubisofts key franchises and their competitive landscape and demonstrates the ability to connect player expectations market trends and commercial opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align Studio/Marketing Sales and other cross-functional teams around shared goals. Navigates complexity removes blockers and drives collaboration across teams with differing priorities while maintaining accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned titles content and marketing strategy to advise product strategy formulation with internal and external partners including timing platform opportunities and showcase participation
- Attend and influence key workshops contributing to the development of Sales go-to-market plans.
- Ensure alignment between creative intent business strategy and commercial opportunities across the product lifecycle
- Contribute to the structuring and consistency of go-to-market plans across the portfolio ensuring clarity prioritization and alignment with commercial objectives
- Contribute to post-mortem discussions to inform future product and go-to-market strategies
2. Sales Enablement & Partner-Facing Communication
- Craft and deliver partner-facing narratives for games and franchises supported by business and franchise data to influence partners
- Present key planning deliverables in partnership with Creative Houses including Business Strategic Alignment materials and Sales Brief presentations
- Equip Sales teams with high-quality tools (one-pagers pitch decks messaging frameworks) to support partner discussions and account planning
- Ensure continuous and structured communication to Sales teams on game content features and timeline evolution
- Support Shopper Marketing in shaping the appropriate commercial tone and messaging for each product
3. Sales Systems Tools & Insights
- Own and evolve Sales enablement infrastructure (planning workflows tools platforms such as SalesConnect including the integration of AI-driven capabilities) to drive consistency efficiency and scalability across the Sales organization
- Structure and optimize recurring Sales forums (weekly monthly Sales Calendar) including external-facing moments with key partners by designing content structure and cadence that improve clarity alignment and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
- Integrate actionable insights (market trends partner feedback performance learnings) into Sales tools and processes leveraging AI where relevant to enhance planning quality and commercial decision-making
Examples of Key Deliverables
- Deliver Business Strategic Alignment and Sales Briefs materials and sessions ensuring clear articulation of commercial strategy and priorities
- Develop & present product pitch decks and Ubisoft Premiere materials tailored for internal stakeholders and key partners
- Deliver live games go-to-market updates ensuring strategies continuously adapt to evolving lifecycle performance and market conditions
- Build strategic case studies to inform future planning and highlight key success drivers
- Drive Sales enablement tools and process improvements enhancing efficiency consistency and scalability across the organization
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of go-to-market planning frameworks and Sales playbooks helping standardize and scale best practices across the portfolio.
Qualifications :
- A solid experience in go-to-market brand marketing shopper marketing sales planning commercial planning finance or a combination of these areas
- Experience contributing to or leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a complex fast-paced organization
- Strong understanding of the video game industry with genuine interest in Ubisoft franchises player expectations and competitive dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear narratives for senior stakeholders Sales teams and external partners
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity synthesize complex inputs and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across Creative Houses Sales Marketing Finance and external partners to drive alignment and overcome barriers
- Highly organized with strong process project management and planning discipline
- Detail-oriented able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality accuracy and clarity
- Fluent in english is necessary
