We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative / Business Developer to help build OOOVATIONs presence on the German market either from our headquarters in Yssingeaux (France) or directly from Germany.

At OOOVATION we are not looking for people who simply execute tasks.

We are looking for builders.

Tasks

As our Sales Representative Germany your mission will be to develop OOOVATIONs business across the German market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and prospecting new clients throughout Germany

• Developing and managing a portfolio of B2B customers

• Building relationships with sports organizations event organizers companies and institutions

• Managing the full sales cycle:

• Prospecting

• Customer meetings

• Quotations

• Negotiation

• Closing deals

• Conducting meetings remotely and on-site

• Participating in trade shows sporting events and networking opportunities

• Developing partnerships and increasing OOOVATIONs visibility in Germany

• Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities

• Working closely with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Contributing to the long-term development of OOOVATION in Germany

This position offers strong growth opportunities and the possibility to evolve toward a Country Manager role as the market develops.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Native or fluent German mandatory

• Professional English required

• French is a plus

• Previous B2B sales experience is appreciated

• Experience in sports events or premium/custom products is a plus

• Driving license required
