Overview
As our People Ops Intern youll work at the heart of the People team supporting both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. Youll own real projects end to end be trusted to bring your own ideas and see how a fast-scaling international startup actually runs behind the scenes across HR admin office life employer brand tech events and AI automation.
What youll work on:
People Operations & HR admin
Support the day-to-day of an international team across France the US remote Europe as well as parts of Asia and Australia: employment contracts policies employee benefits onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Become our go-to expert on Deel (our global HR platform): research country-specific rules maintain workflows and chase down answers.
Help handle individual employee cases that require research - dig into policies employment contracts or local labour law and summarise what you find into something actionable.
Office community & culture
Take ownership of our Paris office: visitors room bookings day-to-day logistics.
Manage tech equipment and assets: ordering laptops tracking inventory and keeping our internal records aligned with our compliance requirements.
Plan initiatives that make the office a place people enjoy: events community moments small things that build culture.
AI & automation
Audit our recurring admin processes identify what can be automated and build the automations yourself with Claude.
Elevate the role over time: the goal is that the manual work you do in month one no longer exists by month six.
Experiment freely. Wed rather you try ten things and ship five than wait for instructions.
Talent Acquisition & employer brand
Help organize tech events in Paris
Push the referral policy
Support employer brand content and research alongside our Talent acquisition lead.
Help with sourcing research when we open new roles or new markets: mapping companies building talent pools filtering candidates.
What were looking for:
6 months availability starting September 2026 or January 2027
Based in Paris fully comfortable working in English.
Thorough and reliable - you follow up you dont let things slip and the details matter to you.
Autonomous and adaptable. Youll juggle very different topics in the same day and figure things out without a manual.
Curious about AI or already experimenting with it. No technical background needed but genuine appetite to learn is a must.
You bring ideas. Were a small team and good suggestions get implemented fast whoever they come from.
