Position Title: MDI Deployment Lead

- Lead the deployment and sustainability of the MDI operating model across assigned plants
- Manage and drive the implementation of key continuous improvement tools digital platforms and systems supporting the MDI framework (MDIxAI Pavillon MDI Phasing)
- Support and coach plant teams including CI Managers on continuous improvement practices
- Conduct maturity assessments and identify performance gaps
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in CI/Kaizen events
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights supporting performance improvement and cost reduction
- Align plant activities with the regional deployment roadmap and strategic priorities
- Monitor performance and ensure measurable progress across sites
- Foster a strong community of best-practice sharing across plants
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integration of CI initiatives
- Support change management and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Continuous Improvement or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and performance KPIs
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodologies
- Green Belt certification (or equivalent) required
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Power BI Excel or similar
- Project management experience with a track record of delivering results
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Strong communication coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to drive change and influence across all organizational levels
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)/ Fluency in French Polish or Dutch according to the location
- Willingness to travel (30% across the region)
