How Youll Make an Impact:
As a Master Planner Europe you will develop and manage a consented 12-week Supply Master Plan that aligns with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) production supply and inventory plans. You will collaborate across functions to balance demand and supply while ensuring execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Balance supply and demand for master production schedule key items within the0-12 weekhorizon.
Drive alignment between the Master Plan manufacturing requirements procurement activities and S&OP plans.
Identify communicate and resolve supply and demand imbalances tomaintaincontinuity of supply.
Lead supply discussions during Sales and Operations Execution meetings and support risk mitigation activities.
Monitor schedule-to-plan performance and perform root cause analysis on planning deviations.
Own planning master data including lot sizes lead times material availability settings and safety stock inputs.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment on inventory strategies and finished goods stocking policies.
Collaborate with demand controllers production teams procurement and commercial stakeholders to respond to market changes.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations ora relatedfield.
3 years of experience in supply chain planning or scheduling within a chemical or manufacturing environment.
Experience working in a mature S&OP and Sales & Operations Execution environment.
Knowledge of Kinaxis SAP or equivalent planning systems.
Strong analytical communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Experience in inventory management production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
