Resilience Care a major player in remote patient monitoring and a partner in clinical research is a French company founded in 2021 with a mission: to provide better care. The company offers remote monitoring solutions in oncology gastroenterology and psychiatry deployed routinely for 35000 patients in more than 200 healthcare facilities and as part of more than 20 academic and industry clinical studies. The Legal Department supports the business across negotiation contract management privacy regulatory monitoring and internal governance with a strong focus on pragmatic operational legal support.
We are looking for a Legal Intern who will play a central role in strengthening our legal operations and knowledge management including the concrete integration of AI tools in the Legal Department.
In a nutshell: For a 46 month internship starting in September you will join the Legal team to help structure day-to-day legal operations support contract work and produce clear practical materials that enable internal teams to move fast while staying compliant.
Your impact: streamline legal support workflows improve documentation reliability and make key legal topics easier to understand across the company (contracts privacy compliance).
What youll do day-to-day:
Legal Operations & Knowledge Management (core mission)
You will help structure and improve the Legal Departments ways of working and interacting with the other teams including:
Identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases for legal ops and contract work with a strong focus on responsible and secure usage such as improving operational workflows (request triage).
Contributing to legal knowledge management to explain key concepts and help the other teams meeting their objectives (training materials user-friendly guides).
2. Contracts
Reviewing contracts (customers partners vendors) including data protection and intellectual property clauses.
Helping improve contract templates and adoption.
Contributing to maintain the contract register.
3. Data protection (GDPR)
Helping collect and analyze information on new processing activities and new vendors.
Contributing to maintaining the Record of Processing Activities the list of sub-processors and privacy documentation.
4. Legal monitoring
Analyzing regulatory updates and turning them into understandable and actionable guidance.
Supporting AI Act implementation in coordination with Quality and Cybersecurity teams.

Youre a great fit if you can:
Show a strong interest in legal operations and tooling.

Write clearly in a structured and educational way (FR EN).
Support contract work (review identify key issues propose improvements).
Understand GDPR fundamentals and associated risks (or be willing to learn fast).
Organize documentation rigorously (templates registers versioning).
Use collaborative tools (Notion Google Workspace) and work cross-functionally.
Youre a great fit if you have:
Curiosity about AI and a pragmatic approach to testing and iterating (no need to be technical).
Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management with non-legal teams.
Autonomy sound judgment on when to escalate and a solution-oriented mindset.
Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) Law School Engineering School or Business School (or equivalent) with an interest in IT and legal ops.
You will be at the center of our Legal team structuration not just supporting tasks.
You will gain real legal ops experience.

You will help internal teams master legal concepts through training and practical guides.
