About the Role
We are a fast-growing tech scale-up specializing in data quality solutions helping companies trust and leverage their data at scale.
As we continue to grow in France and expand internationally we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our team and help structure our HR practices.
Reporting to the HR Director you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the development of scalable processes adapted to a growing international organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
Manage the full employee lifecycle (contracts onboarding offboarding)
Maintain accurate employee data and HR tools
Coordinate payroll with external providers
Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal policies
2. Talent Acquisition
Support hiring managers across teams (tech product business roles)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
Contribute to improving hiring practices and onboarding processes
3. Employee Experience & Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR topics
Support managers on day-to-day people matters
Contribute to maintaining a positive transparent and inclusive culture
Participate in handling employee relations topics when needed
4. Performance & Development
Support performance review processes
Help structure career paths and development initiatives
Coordinate training and learning opportunities
Providing monthly HR KPI dashboards to support analysis and decision-making
5. HR Projects & Scaling
Contribute to structuring HR processes in a scaling environment
Support international expansion topics (hiring abroad basic policy alignment)
Participate in HR tools implementation and process improvements
Profile & Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role
Strong knowledge of French labor law
Experience in a Tech scale-up environment is a strong plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment
Hands-on pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
