As an Evaluator within the Fabric Care team you will provide fragrance winners to Sales by managing briefs evaluating and selecting successful fragrances according to priorities set by the Creative Fragrance Team Director.

In this exciting role you will:

Projects

• Set up the olfactive strategy organize evaluation sessions evaluate candidates and provide feedback to perfumers
• Set up action plan/timetable for each brief (project management) and communicate efficiently with cross functional team (lab perfumers sales technology).
• Manage internal resources according to project priorities
• Coordinate with other departments specific needs on briefs (technology etc.)
• Ensure feedback on briefs to sales

Creation

• Motivate and stimulate perfumers to achieve optimum creations
• Develop winning fragrances with perfumers
• Participate to the elaboration of the fragrance Library and ensure collections are in alignment with business needs
• Develop and update a good olfactive knowledge of the market.
• Feed marketing with olfactive conclusions and be ready to give olfactive presentation internally and to clients
• Generate confidence with stakeholders

Environmental links

• Develop consumer understanding thanks to close collaboration with market research teams
• Create client intimacy
• Collaborate with other categories within the ECC
• Collaborate with other Givaudan creative centers and share best testers

Your professional profile includes:

• Excellent communication skills Team spirit diplomacy tenacity curiosity resilience creativity pro-activity storytelling (internal and customers).
• Ability to build customer intimacy
• Passion for perfume and olfaction
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle several projects at once
• Advanced degree in perfumery with minimum 3 years experience in the industry
• Good knowledge of the industry and the customers
• Fluent in French/English
