Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FS Logistics Quality Manager (m/f) to join QPM Quality Supply Chain department based in Toulouse France.
You will be part of a team that develops regulatory compliance and the performance of our global distribution chain. Within the Procurement Quality organization you will be involved in unblocking urgent operational flows conducting field audits and monitoring service providers to protect Airbuss production organization and secure deliveries to FALs and plants.

Your challenges :
- Assess suppliers during the tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision.
- Manage / contribute to the supply chain & quality aspects of the contract.
- Coordinate supplier topics with key internal Airbus stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to SCQMs (Supply Chain Quality Managers).
- Alert and escalate any critical risks or disruptions to relevant stakeholders and support the deployment of short-term recovery and de-risking plans.
- Develop cross-functional teamwork and apply practical problem-solving tools.
- Understand the human aspect of change to support teams in implementing new ways of working.
- Report on supplier operational performance.
- Apply associated current tools to manage all activities related to supplier management.
Your boarding pass :
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience combining Quality Logistics and the aerospace environment.
- Excellent knowledge of EASA Part 21-G (POA) regulatory certification systems and the EN9100 standard.
- Operational proficiency in SAP specifically warehouse management and quality modules (MM EWM QM).
- Proven practice with industrial problem-solving tools (PPS 8D PDCA); experience in Auditing or Lean is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken) to negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders.
