• Respond to customer questions through the available support channels
• Provide clear accurate and professional assistance
• Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Keep customer information and case details accurately documented
• Follow established procedures quality standards and communication guidelines
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive team environment

• French native & B1 English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help
• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Ability to learn new tools processes and systems quickly
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but relevant transferable experience is also valued

For international candidates: 1050 gross/month
