As BIC continues to simplify its operating model accelerate digital transformation and strengthen its financial performance Treasury will continue to play an important role in supporting the Groups resilience agility and long-term value creation. We are looking for an experienced treasury leader to guide this next chapter and further develop the Groups global Treasury capabilities.
The role combines strong technical treasury expertise with strategic business partnering. It offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of Treasury ensuring that the function remains closely aligned with BICs business priorities financial discipline and transformation agenda.
The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader partnering closely with Executive Management regional finance organizations family shareholders and global banking partners.
- Continue to strengthen a globally connected and effective Treasury function.
- Support financial agility through robust liquidity management funding structures and capital efficiency.
- Contribute to Treasurys digital roadmap including TMS modernization bank connectivity automation and enhanced forecasting capabilities.
- Further develop FX interest rate commodity and liquidity risk management frameworks.
- Act as a strategic business partner supporting M&A transformation initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
The Group Treasurer will have overall responsibility for the Groups worldwide treasury activities including:
- Treasury strategy and policy for 80 legal entities.
- Global liquidity management.
- Cash forecasting.
- Capital structure optimization.
- Bank relationship management.
- Corporate funding and refinancing.
- Foreign exchange interest rate and commodity risk management.
- Treasury technology and digital transformation.
- Share buyback programme.
- Treasury governance and internal controls.
- Treasury support for M&A and strategic projects.
- Development of the international treasury organization.
The role will also serve as a key treasury advisor to Executive Management and maintain close relationships with family shareholders financial institutions regulators and external advisors.

- A high-performing international Treasury team positioned to continuesupporting BICs long-term ambitions including the continued centralization of Treasury activities and alignment of local treasury teams under the Group Treasury leadership.
We are looking for a senior treasury leader with strong executive presence strategic mindset operational discipline influencing skills integrity and sound judgement. The successful candidate will bring collaborative leadership strong technical expertise and proven experience driving Treasury development or transformation in complex multinational environments.
- 15 years of Corporate Treasury leadership experience.
- Experience in complex multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in funding liquidity financial risk management and bank relationships.
- International leadership experience.
- Exposure to Board Executive Committee or senior governance forums is a plus.
- Masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant Treasury or Finance certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English required.
