• Salary: BGN 1485 gross per month

• Moderation of Content & Advertisements: Review user-generated content and ads to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. This may include sensitive content such as violence.
• Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks within the digital content and escalate issues when necessary.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address identified risks and improve the overall user experience.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all moderation activities.

• Language Skills: Fluent French (C1) and English (written and spoken).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Compliance & Risk Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week 5 days a week.
  • Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
• Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.

Relocation package:

• rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location)
• flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary)
• Real estate admin assistance.
