Customer Service Representative (mfd)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in France via phone email and other communication channels

• Process customer orders inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests

• Coordinate order management activities and ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate customer records in our ERP/CRM systems

• Collaborate closely with Sales Logistics Supply Chain and other internal departments

• Handle returns credit notes and customer issue resolution

• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvements

• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

• Completed commercial business or administrative education or a comparable qualification

• Native-level French or fluent French language skills (written and spoken)

• Good English skills are required; German language skills are an advantage

• Previous experience in Customer Service Sales Support Inside Sales or Order Management is preferred

• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Highly organized reliable and able to work independently

• Team player with a positive attitude

• A permanent full-time employment contract (CDI)

• Part-time opportunities available minimum 32 hours per week

• A competitive salary between 2.750 and 3.350 depending on experience (based on 39 hours)
