What this Journey Looks Like
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Operations Support Specialist to join a project for a leading Canadian fintech company.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English (C1/C2) and have strong organizational skills attention to detail and experience supporting sales operations and CRM data management.

This is a non-technical role focused on maintaining accurate customer information reviewing documentation and supporting day-to-day sales operations related to point-of-sale (POS) services.

What Youll Lead and Build

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Perform data entry data validation and CRM clean-up activities.

• Review customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create and follow up on tickets requesting CRM updates or corrections.

• Contact customers by phone when necessary to verify or clarify information.

• Support daily sales operations and administrative processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• French proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).

• English proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).

• Previous experience in sales operations administrative support data entry or CRM management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone in both French and English.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Availability to work full-time during EST business hours (Must).

• Based in France (Must).
