Ce que nous allons faire ensemble :
Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.
Au sein de léquipe Customer Material Management vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes:
- Suivre les besoins clients et contribuer aux plans daction avec les Material Account Managers et les équipes transverses
- Analyser le carnet de commandes et les indicateurs de service pour identifier les priorités et les blocages
- Participer à lamélioration des tableaux de bord de performance de satisfaction client et de suivi commercial
- Soutenir les initiatives damélioration continue et de digitalisation du pilotage des activités
- Réaliser des analyses commerciales et opérationnelles pour améliorer le service et le chiffre daffaires Spares
Ce stage est fait pour vous :
- Vous préparez un diplôme Bac5 en école dingénieur école de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en supply chain commerce ou amélioration continue
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint. Une première expérience de Power BI Power Apps SAP ou dun outil de gestion de données serait un plus
- Vous êtes curieux(se) structuré(e) orienté(e) client et force de proposition. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
- Vous maitrisez le français et langlais à lécrit comme à loral
- Un intérêt pour laéronautique les environnements internationaux et la transformation digitale sera appréciée

Within the Customer Material Management team you will contribute to the following missions:
- Monitor customer needs and support action plans with Material Account Managers and cross-functional teams
- Analyze the order backlog and service indicators to identify priorities and blockers
- Contribute to improving performance customer satisfaction and commercial dashboards
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives for activity management
- Perform commercial and operational analyses to improve service and spare-parts revenue
This internship is designed for you
- You are studying for a Masters degree in engineering business or at university in supply chain commercial or continuous improvement
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. An initial experience with Power BI Power Apps SAP or a data-management tool would be an advantage
- You are curious structured customer-oriented and proactive. You enjoy teamwork
- You are fluent in French and English
- An interest in aviation international environments and digital transformation would be appreciated
