Job Summary
The EMEA online trainee will work in collaboration with the Digital Communication & Marketing Manager for the Le Labo brand in the French Headquarters and in contact with the Global teams based in New York as well as the regional brand Labo fragrances was born in Grasse France and raised in New York USA. Creating soulful Beauty with Care through our craft of slow perfumery is the heartbeat of our company. We work with a community of craftswomen and craftsmen who shape our world: the flowers harvesters the local family farms the candle hand-pourers the reclaimed wood artisans the perfumers etc. The core of our collection is our 18 genderless perfumes and 10 soy-based wax candles but we also offer sensorial formulas for body hair face as well as a grooming line.
Tasks :
Running & Analyzing business: building & analyzing daily reports optimizing internal processes creating new ones (i.e. launch deck for retailers) running business with current and new partners (PP retailers) providing translation regarding Product Master File optimizing and maintaining online collaborative & Analyzing business: supporting the Online Coordinator and DCM Manager in building reports (new launch results top sellers etc.) implementing new carrier solutions and optimizing operational business follow-up (marketing animation active product catalog price updates new product launches) support e-commerce manager with business results & learnings prepare new launch materials (packshots product information) answer retailers requests benchmark competitors online activations audit active product catalogue & displayed content support the launch of new strategic online e-players maintain online collaborative tools (Product Information Masterfile asset library) support implementation of new features/carriers work with translation agency to provide Global team with Paid Media DCM manager analyzing City Exclusives/holiday results prepare monthly best-seller rankings (value & volume) extract and analyze monthly performance reports for E-stores & retailers monitor weekly new product launch forecasts prepare quarterly mix of business and handle Google Analytics / ACADACA special requests
Minimum Education: Bac4/5 (Business School or equivalent).
Experience: First experience in e-commerce/digital preferred and/or sales.
Languages: Fluent English.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook; Google Analytics is a plus.
Profile: Rigorous detail-oriented proactive strong interpersonal skills comfortable taking initiative able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment. Passion for numbers commerce and the fragrance industry.
You enjoy working in an international can multi-task in a fast-paced environment juggling with multiple projects at a have a good command of office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook) and Google Analytics is a plus
