Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Summary
Technology BU Quay is searching for Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join electrical engineering team and support the projects.
You will be part of our Electrical engineering Technology support team and responsible to make electrical design for equipment (including VFD system LV distribution and auxiliaries PLC system with fieldbus-based communications electric diagrams parts list cable list and layout drawings).
You will work in close cooperation with lead engineers mechanical engineering suppliers supervisors and Technology Core teams.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Making basic electrical calculation power supply drive selection cable sizing etc.
- Creating electrical documentation for manufacturing and final customer documentation.
- Taking care that manufacturing has all project related data needed to manufacture power and control systems according to specification.
- Working in closely with project coordination team Business Lines and manufacturing during the project.
- Supporting manufacturing in technical questions.
- Tools used: Zuken E3 engineering tool Siemens TeamCenter SAP ERMS.
Qualifications :
What should you bring
- 5 years of experience in electrical designing and using design tools such as E3 or Eplan or AutoCAD or similar.
- Bachelors degree or above in electrical or automation engineering.
- Experience with international delivery projects.
- Basic knowledge of inverters/ VF drives and/or PLC.
- Experience with TeamCenter or equal PLM tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English Finnish or other language skills are considered as a plus.
Additional Information :
Location details: Hybrid work average 2-3 days in our office in Hyvinkää Finland is preferred.
