Organization & Work Transformation Consulting Trainee

As a Trainee you will belong to one or more client engagement projects help clients navigate significant changes such as strategic transformations ERP implementationsworkforce transformations and personnel development initiatives. As part of engagement team your tasks may include participating in data gathering and analysis and preparing client materials among others. You may also get to assist in selling of these services.

• recently finished or almost finished master studies on relevant field ( Organization & leadership Industrial management Human resources management Adult Education Psychology Communications) with excellent grades 

• fluency in English and in Finnish both written and oral 

• relevant work experience and international experience are considered as an advantage
