Junior SEO Marketer (part-time)

Each month we help over 400000 people discover and book the perfect venues and services for their parties meetings and events. Originally from Finland we now operate in five countries across Europe and weve only gotten started!

We are looking for a Junior SEO Content Creator to join our team in Helsinki for a part-time role. You will be the hands-on engine behind our organic search visibility creating landing pages blog posts and pillar content that helps event organizers effortlessly find Venuu on Google and other search engines.

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience we will teach you everything you need to know. It is perfect e.g. for someone studying marketing in a university or other higher education institution who wants to jumpstart their career with real-world growth experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Keyword research: Learn to uncover what relevant industry topics people are actively searching for.
• Create high-ranking content: Write landing pages blog posts and guides that match search demand ensuring Venuu shows up at the top of every relevant query.
• Track results: Use data tools to monitor your progress see how your content performs and watch your pages climb the rankings.

What You Will Learn

• How to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate and scale content creation.
• How to master industry-standard SEO software like Ahrefs Google Search Console and GA4.
• How to use hard data to guide validate and improve your daily work.
• How to optimize content for the next generation of generative AI search engines.

Whats on the Table

• Compensation: A fixed part-time salary of 1700 /month gross for 25 hours per week (ideally 5 hours a day). If you cannot commit to 25 hours due to studies we can discuss a lower amount with the salary adjusted accordingly.
• Flexibility built for students: Start date ASAP (ideally during September). Hours are flexible to respect your possible lectures and exams as long as the work is carried out between 08:0018:00 so that support remains available.
• Mentoring & onboarding: You will get a proper onboarding and constant support along the way backed by regular mentoring from more experienced Marketers in both Finland and our international teams. Youll also get a dedicated learning budget to use for courses readings etc.
• Strategic team structure: Report to your supervisor while collaborating closely with the Finland Country Team and the wider international Marketing team.
