Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to work together with AFRY Finland Industry Division Project Delivery Tools team and to further develop maintain and support AFRYs internally developed engineering tools integrations and digital solutions. 

Your primary place of work can be any AFRY Finland location. AFRY supports a flexible hybrid work model. 

To ensure continuity and further development of AFRYs engineering tool platform your key responsibilities will include: 

• Collaboration in cross-functional teams including developers architects QA infrastructure and data/AI specialists 

• Prepare and manage technical and functional requirements and documentation 

• Participating in backlog management prioritization risk management and transparent reporting through Azure DevOps 

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliant and secure solution delivery 

• Promote modern engineering practices including Agile DevOps CI/CD automation and AI-assisted ways of working (like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) 

• Identify opportunities and contribute to improving efficiency scalability innovation and collaboration across the engineering tools landscape 

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you should have experience with: 

• Proven experience in a broad range of software development modalities in cross-functional and international environments 

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies 

• Solid technical background enabling effective communication with engineering and IT teams 

• Experience with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure 

• Understanding of system integrations APIs enterprise applications and application architecture 

• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira GitLab CI/CD and modern development practices 

• Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven development approaches and modern collaboration tools 

• Understanding of plant engineering tools workflows and digital engineering environments 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills and a consultive mindset
