As a Fashion Support Consultant you will deliver first-class experiences for fashion lovers by:

• Assisting Customers: Managing incoming requests via phone email live chat and messaging platforms.
• Solving Problems: Logging details into management systems and finding quick efficient resolutions within target timelines.
• Becoming a Brand Expert: Building up-to-date knowledge of products client services and fashion trends.
• Collaborating: Working closely with mentors and team leaders to handle escalations and continuous process improvements.

• Languages: Native or fluent Finnish along with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
• People Skills: Strong active listening skills empathy and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ownership: A proactive mindset and the ability to take charge of inquiries from start to finish.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic IT platforms Windows MS Office and web browsing (experience with call management tools is a bonus!).
