ERP Transformation Professionals

We are looking for ERP Project and Program Managers who can speak both IT and business.

Sofigate is growing and we are looking for experienced ERP Transformation professionals to join our Business & Technology Transformation business stream.

You will work in customer-facing ERP transformations across industries leading programmes or workstreams providing specialist expertise and helping customers turn technology investments into measurable business value.

Depending on your role and expertise you will:

• Lead or contribute to business-critical ERP transformations projects and programmes

• Turn customer objectives into concrete actions deliverables and business outcomes

• Bring together business IT and partner ecosystems to drive transformation forward

• Manage or contribute to scope timelines risks dependencies budgets and quality

• Simplify business processes solve complex challenges and use AI-supported ways of working to enhance delivery

We are looking for people who combine strong program expertise with a collaborative and customer-oriented mindset and the curiosity to explore and adopt new AI-enabled ways of working

• Relevant experience from ERP transformations programmes or implementations

• Strong understanding of different platforms business processes and the evolving ERP landscape

• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively across business IT and implementation partners in complex multicultural environments

• Understanding of change management and the people side of transformation

• A structured and proactive approach with curiosity towards AI and new technologies

• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
