Raisio plc is looking for a business-driven and forward-looking Chief Financial Officer to lead Group Finance and enable profitable growth.
Our strategy aims to accelerate growth through strong brands new business opportunities research activities and acquisitions. We are now looking for a CFO who combines strategic perspective strong listed-company expertise and hands-on leadership. We aim to be a consumer-oriented European innovator and make delicious food that promotes healthier eating habits.
Your role
As CFO you will have overall responsibility for the financial leadership of Raisio Group and for the Group Finance function and also for IT Investor Relations and the strategic development and adoption of artificial intelligence across the Group. You will be a close partner to the CEO a member of the Group Leadership Team and when required the CEOs deputy. You will bring a clear financial perspective to decision-making and ensure that financial management supports strategy execution profitable growth and long-term value creation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
lead the Group Finance organisation and develop the team its capabilities and collaboration with the business units
own financial planning budgeting forecasting Group accounting IFRS reporting and business performance management
advance data-driven management analytics finance processes internal controls reporting systems and automation
oversee financing cash flow capital structure taxation and insurance
coordinate Group-wide risk management and internal audit and report key risks to management the Board and the Audit Committee
ensure reliable timely and compliant financial reporting
play an active role in preparing matters for the Board and Audit Committee and in communications with investors and financing partners
support business leaders in commercial decision-making profitability improvement investments and capital allocation
leading the development of the Groups IT strategy operating models and digital capabilities as well as overseeing IT investments information security and operational resilience
developing and leading Investor Relations together with the CEO including investor communications capital markets engagement and strengthening Raisios equity story
defining and driving a Group-wide AI agenda and roadmap and promoting the responsible secure and business-driven use of artificial intelligence
contribute to acquisition evaluation financing due diligence and integration.
What we expect from you
a relevant Masters degree
substantial experience in senior finance leadership roles in an international company; previous CFO experience or a comparably broad mandate is a strong advantage
a proven track record in a listed-company environment or another demanding reporting and governance setting together with strong IFRS expertise
experience in business steering strategy forecasting financing and risk management
the ability to turn financial information into clear conclusions choices and action
a strong record of people leadership and finance function development
excellent collaboration influencing and communication skills with Boards management teams employees investors and other stakeholders
fluency in Finnish and English.
Experience in consumer business the food industry or manufacturing M&A and finance systems or process transformation will be considered an advantage.

The primary location for the position can be either our headquarters in Raisio or our office in Espoo. If you are primarily based in Espoo the role requires regular presence and work at our headquarters in Raisio. Our hybrid model allows up to two remote working days per week. Some travel is required.
