What Youll Do

• Lead thoughtful highvalue conversations with professionals exploring clarity direction or career transformation
• Support individuals navigating transitions leadership challenges or personal development goals
• Facilitate meaningful breakthroughs in clarity confidence and decisionmaking
• Use digital tools (including AIsupported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Manage your own schedule workflow and daily activities

Who This Suits
