We are now looking for Business Technology Consultants / ServiceNow Consultants to strengthen our growing teams across Northern and Central Europe.

In this role you will help customers and our teams build and improve ServiceNow-based solutions that support real business needs and stand the test of time usage and change. We do not require you to know ServiceNow necessarily yet but we do want you to be passionate to learn about it.

What you will do

You will work as a trusted expert in customer engagements as part of a team that supports each other closely. Your work may include modernising existing platform environments building new business-driven solutions reducing technical debt supporting integrations enabling AI and automation or developing governance and operating models.

Our work is not limited to ITSM. It often involves customer service HR finance risk management supplier management integrations or other business workflows.

What we are looking for

There is more than one way to join us. ServiceNow experience is always an advantage but it is not the only way in. If one of the profiles below sounds like you we want to hear from you.

You might be one of us if

ITOM & Infrastructure You know ServiceNow ITOM or you have a strong technical background in infrastructure data centers hardware and service management. You understand how technology environments fit together and are interested in taking that expertise further on the ServiceNow platform.

HR & Employee Workflows You may already be a ServiceNow HR expert or you bring strong HR domain experience and get genuinely excited about technology and better employee workflows. You are curious and ready to learn the ServiceNow platform.

AI & Automation For you AI is more than ChatGPT or Claude. You understand how AI capabilities can become part of automated and agentic workflows that solve real business problems and how those workflows can genuinely modernise the way people work.

CRM You live and breathe CRM. Your background might be in Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or another leading CRM platform. You understand sales customer service and customer-facing processes and you are excited to learn what ServiceNow CRM can bring to the table.

Security & IRM You may already work with security risk or compliance or you bring strong experience from governance controls assurance or related domains. You understand the importance of secure well-governed and resilient ways of working and you are interested in how ServiceNow can support that better.

ServiceNow certifications are a plus but not a requirement for every profile. What matters most is relevant expertise curiosity the ability to think in systems and a willingness to learn and make good choices together with customers and colleagues.

We value people who are willing to challenge ideas constructively both customer assumptions and our own. The best solution is not always the one the customer asks for first.

You will do well in this role if you naturally ask why before deciding how. You want to understand the real problem and you are able to make alternatives risks and trade-offs visible.
