Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide professional and dedicated care for newborn babies. The ideal candidate should have relevant newborn care certification/training hands-on experience good English communication skills and the ability to support parents in maintaining safe and healthy newborn routines.
- Provide complete care for newborns including feeding burping diaper changing swaddling and bathing.
- Establish healthy sleep routines and promote safe sleeping practices.
- Prepare and sterilize bottles and feeding equipment.
- Provide non-medical support to breastfeeding mothers including assistance with positioning and feeding schedules.
- Monitor the babys feeding sleep diaper output and overall wellbeing.
- Recognize signs that may require medical attention and advise parents to consult a healthcare professional.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery.
- Launder baby clothes bedding and blankets as required.
- Soothe and comfort infants using age-appropriate techniques.
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care sleep habits and daily routines.
- Maintain daily records of feeding sleeping and developmental milestones.
- Follow the familys routines preferences and household policies.
- Ensure the babys environment is safe clean and hygienic.
- Be flexible to work overnight weekends or rotating schedules when required.

Required Skills:
Education: Certification as a Newborn Care Specialist or equivalent newborn care training. Age: 35 to 45 years. Gender: Female only Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in newborn care. Must possess good English speaking and listening skills.
