Technical Recruiter (FTC contract)

What Youll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs define hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.

• Source and engage top engineering talent using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.

• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience building long-term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.

• Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.

• Use data to drive hiring decisions identifying blockers and optimizing processes for scalability.

• Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of in-house recruiting experience ideally in tech or product roles.

• Proven ability to source and attract top talent using innovative and data-driven approaches.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ensuring a positive experience for candidates and teams.
