Senior AIML Engineer – Applied AI Lead – Tallinn

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Senior AI/ML Engineer Applied AI Lead to join their team in Tallinn.

The Senior AI/ML Engineer Applied AI Lead takes machine learning models from development through to reliable production deployment while establishing MLOps monitoring and governance practices. The role works across Data Engineering Product Risk and Commercial teams to turn business problems into measurable AI solutions. Strong production ML experience Python Spark/PySpark SQL and ML lifecycle expertise are central to the position.

Critical Requirements

• 58 years of production ML engineering experience
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Strong ML fundamentals including evaluation feature engineering leakage drift and stability
• Hands-on Spark / PySpark
• Experience with MLflow or equivalent
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines preferably with GitHub Actions
• Strong SQL and experience with large-scale datasets
• Proven delivery of production AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact
