We are looking for a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve our financial management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution taking responsibility for budgeting reporting financial control and providing management with timely accurate insights to support business growth.

What were looking for:

• 3 years of experience in financial management FP&A Finance Manager or a similar role.

• Proven track record of managing a companys finance function including budgeting financial planning controlling and reporting.

• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board.

• Strong understanding of P&L balance sheets cash flow and working capital management.

• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

• High level of ownership accountability and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.

What the role is about:

• Own the companys budgeting financial planning and forecasting processes.

• Prepare manage and present P&L balance sheet and financial performance reports to the management board.

• Monitor key financial metrics with a particular focus on working capital profitability margins and liquidity.

• Proactively identify financial risks performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze sales performance cost structure and business profitability to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy consistency and quality of financial reporting.

• Work closely with leadership to support business planning and financial decision-making.

• Continuously improve financial processes reporting standards and internal controls.
