Monitor Large Loss Notifications on periodical basis and ensure progress of claims are checked accurately and reserves are adequately kept. Control over cost and services provided by Loss Adjusters, Surveyors, Lawyers, and Experts in consultation with the line Managers to align with SLAs. Carry out regular Control Risk Self Assessment (CRSA) tests on monthly basis to monitor the results and ensure compliance with risk control measures.
