We are looking for a Candidate Development Representative to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster.

Candidate Development Representative responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company s current and future staffing needs.

Job Description:

Candidate Sourcing

Plans and conducts Sourcing Projects related to all active search activity and on a by-request basis by using the DNNae Chrome Extension and very occasionally tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and those they have access to.
Work directly with Recruiters and Consultants to understand search parameters.
Using external resources to identify potential candidates for active searches.
Research on specific info requests for companies or candidates as needed.
Source and provide contact and other specific info for specific company CFO s, senior executives, and Candidates as requested.
Add and update data in each candidate Salesforce individual record.
Outbound and Inbound Candidate Pre-screening

Work Directly with company Recruiters and Consultants to understand knockout factors, and high-level project/job description.
Conduct Initial Pre-Screen of Inbound Candidates determined to be possible or unlikely fits.
Decide on whether to move forward with the candidate; if not, educate candidate on Job Agent.
Compiling and presenting candidates who were let down for specific jobs but who would be good potential candidates.

Requirements

3+ years of proven US work experience as a Candidate Development Representative, Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role.
Strong English speaking verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with Mid-level tax executives.
Personable individual with the ability to be influential with Sr Manager/Director level candidates in order to attract them to potential career opportunities.
Intellectually curious personality with a willingness to ask questions about topics they do not understand.
Systems savvy; Knowledge of LinkedIn required; Knowledge of salesforce preferred.
US Shift hours 15:00 to 00:00.
