Requirements Bachelorâs Degree in a related discipline. Results-oriented recruiting experience (3 years minimum) working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting (ideally with Life Science recruitment experience of the various engineering disciplines within the Pharma, Medical Tech, IT, and Engineering sectors). Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required. Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise. Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies. Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance. Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques. Supporting and mentoring more junior recruiters (mentoring).
