We are looking Remote Sales Associate/ Representative

Location: Remote (USA)
Hours: Full-time & Part-time (minimum of 20 hours a week)
Pay: $3-7k commission a month (Performance-based)

About the job

At KAIROS Equities we are looking to hire people that are ambitious and highly motivated to join our growing company. Currently we are looking to expand our ERC department which is growing at a rapid pace. The ERC is a government tax credit that qualifies many business owners for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Due to the complexities of this program Companies all over the US hire us as consultants to assist them in qualifying them, having our accountant figure up their exact credit amount and getting them moved through the IRSs Complex system of red tape. We have successfully helped hundreds of companies in the US receive millions of dollars through our programs, but to hit the goals we need to continue to grow our team. We are looking to hire 10 of the most impressive individuals.

What youll Do:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
Making calls and sending texts to qualified business owners
Managing those inbound leads and developing relationships with them
You will be the boots on the ground walking them through the process, collecting documents, and making sure they are properly being cared for throughout the process.
Become an expert consultant in our ERC program Attend Daily Meetings and Training
Be available to close deals at odd hours
Commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week
Commit to improving your sales skills & Abilities
Manage your book of business within our SalesPro CRM
Manage Inbound Leads in a timely manner
Make necessary cold calls to hit sales goals

What You Have:

Speak English fluently
Experience with financial services sales
Ability to understand financial services
Curious about understanding business challenges
Ability to achieve targets and close sales
Able to manage client relationships
Strong business acumen
20 hours a week minimum
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale

Benefits:

Flexible Schedule
$2-4K a week (Commission Based)
Start receiving commissions as early as your 2nd week from initial deposits
Bonus: Get paid on the backend of the sale on average of $4,000 per closed deal in 6-8 months
Full Hands-On Sales Training Provided
Full-time assistant available upon hitting performance metrics
