- 20 million a year in revenue pre-covid with some events up to a million dollars budget/event

- Catering off site galas, weddings and other VIP events etc up to 1000+

- State of the art catering kitchen located in Alexandria, VA about 20 miles outside DC

- Peak crew of 60 - 70 people

ABOUT THE JOB

- Exec Sous overseeing the evening production shift (2pm - 10pm)

- Company is closed on public holidays (55 hour week max)

- 6 day week - sat mornings only during off season and closed on holidays

Requirements

- Management experience

- Culinary degree

- Very stable track record and references
