ABOUT THE JOB
- Exec Sous overseeing the evening production shift (2pm - 10pm)
- Company is closed on public holidays (55 hour week max)
- 6 day week - sat mornings only during off season and closed on holidays
- Management experience
- Culinary degree
- Very stable track record and references
